She did explain how busy they were, and that it might take sometime to come help. However, I didn't expect it to be as quickly as the tech who showed up! (I was thinking @ the very least maybe the next day) .... NOPE boy, oh boy, I was wrong. The tech was there 3.5 hours later. To crawl under my trailer in a puddle of water, and fixed my issue.
