(July 31, 2019, 9:45 pm)I love my doctor he is wonderful. But I felt like a school kid being reprimanded in front of a class. His receptionist raised her voice at me because I didn’t register my paperwork with administration before I went in. I honestly didn’t think about it. I just gave my doctor my paper work like I had done for the past 15 years and we talked about how I was feeling. I understand we all have a job to do but sitting there and raising your voice at me and talking down to me is unacceptable. I’m sure the rest of the waiting room sure enjoyed the show. I’m pretty sure he wouldn’t be impressed if I told him.
