Ardrossan is a no nonsense rural vet's office with down to earth staff.

This is by far the most caring and informative veterinary staff that I’ve taken my dog to. I took my 3 year old chocolate lab for an annual check-up and also had a concern about a bump that appeared on his gum line. He has some anxiety about new places and the whole staff was so amazing at helping me get him around and comfortable. During the exam his vet was so sweet to him and told me everything she was checking. Unfortunately after she inspected his gum she told me it’s essentially a mass that she suspects is most likely benign but would need to preform surgery to confirm that. She went over my options with me and made her reccomendation but was in no way pressuring me to do one or the other. I chose to air on the side of caution and schedule the surgery and get the bump biopsy and removal done. They gave me a layout of what to expect for charges, which not having pet insurence this was extremely helpful and comforting to know before hand. A few hours after my appointment I had a few questions and concerns about this surgery that I forgot to ask my vet and of course with her having a fully booked day I knew I’d have to wait to hear back. Within an hour they called me back with answers from her which was so amazing of her to do. They also comforted me about my concerns that I had and were genuine about the entire process. My family has taken their dogs to this clinic for a while now and I’m so happy I took my dog here. I strongly suggest taking your pet here for their thural care.

DR. is very gentle with the dogs, does follow up and is very reasonable. She listens. I would highly recommend her.

From Calgary but was in the area helping a family member and my two dogs discovered a porcupine....needless to say I was rushing to a vet that was able to get my two in asap to have the quills pulled. All the ladies at Ardrossan clinic were amazing and very caring for my two. They were able to get us in right away. Highly suggest this place to anyone. If I lived in the area, I would make this my regular vet. Thanks again ladies!!
