“We always had no problem with this clinic... We took our new pet lab dog to them for usual visits. The last one was neutering... The cone of flimsy plastic cracked in one day...from previous procedures cones were more thicker plastic so we mentioned this... They wanted to charge for a second come anyhow... We left message for vet/owner ..he never called....we bought another but eventually called back and got the vet...he said do you know how busy I am? We just explained that we hoped that the cone would last for the week needed... He said to take it up with the manufacturer...I think we will just take out dog to another vet who has better customer service skills”
