What a treat it was to find this lovely home studio and meet the instructor, Miranda. She embodies the spirit of yoga and fills her classes with gentle instructions, guiding each of the students to fulfill their possibilities.
One feels serene and empowered at the same time through her teaching.

I love Miranda's style of Yoga! I don't enjoy attending large classes like you get at most studios in the city - so her small classes work great for me. I work a lot and it's usually very stressful, Miranda has been teaching me new ways to be present while at work or in stressful meetings. I've been feeling more calm or grounded as she would say. So happy to be working with her and looking forward to learning more about myself through my Yoga practice.

Miranda is a nice lady and a great teacher. Highly recommend her classes. Great for first timers!
