Pet Valu

We bathed 3 family dogs in the dog bath for the first time today. It was a great service and we will be back! Also bought one of the Furminator deshedding brushes just like the one that was provided in the bath. The dogs didn't enjoy the bath so much but they loved the treats that were provided. Thanks Pet Valu! ????❤️

Staff are always very helpful! Always asking what they can get for you and letting you just browse when that's what you want to do. A young man carried then 17kg bag of dog food to my car for me when I was pregnant. Usually have in stock what we are looking for. Love their adoption days when the kittens are allowed out in the store!

Clean, friendly staff, good variety of products. Staff seemed knowledgeable on their selection of food and other items. You pay a bit more for the higher quality of product and more dedicated customer service, but it's worth it in my opinion. A good shopping experience, will definitely go back!

Sandy (owner) and the staff always take the time to say hi to our pups, and see what we came to the store that day for. We have been going to Emerald Hills Pet Valu for over 2 years, since we got our first pup! They have helped us with every question, concern we had with our pups, and training support. They are all super knowledgeable, friendly, and the store is always fully stocked! We highly recommend Emerald Hills Pet Valu!!!
