(March 19, 2019, 5:29 am)Clean. Good staff. The animals seem happy and you can interact with them, which I think is good for the animals to get used to humans. They don't keep them in small cages really nice to see. I love that about this place. The staff knows what they are talking about and go the extra mile to help out
(February 22, 2019, 4:17 am)Very helpful staff especially the blonde girl who helped me with selecting my fish. The fish are very well taken care of and all the display fish aquariums have really cool decorations inside them
(December 28, 2018, 10:14 pm)I was so happy to have this store come to Sherwood Park. I had been coming in a few times recently to see the Cats. I recently adopted a new kitten who's Shelter name is Fred. ( His name is now Ryuk)
The adoption process was so easy, and the customer service I had received was top notch. I left over the moon Happy. Thank you so much for helping me find a new friend to join the family. He has been an amazing little addition.
(August 27, 2018, 10:41 pm)Fantastic location! Modern, up to date products that give the animals the things they need. I was especially impressed with their fish and reptile care.
They assisted me with a large purchase of frozen feeders, and even though all the staff were learning, they made it a fun and excellent experience.
The cashier even helped me carry my items to my car.
