(February 13, 2019, 5:59 am)Great place, great products good warranty but be aware if you take the extended warranty and you dont use it you get credit money back but they dont say in the store you have 90 days to use it or you loose it, it would be great to be notice about that when they ask me the first time I bought a camera there.
(February 13, 2019, 12:51 am)The manager (N. Stamhuis) took my universal remote, which wasn't working, and gave me a price match to that broken model for a new, AND upgraded model. Needless to say, the price difference was substantial, and I left the store completely impressed with how I was treated. This isn't the first time that's happened here. Any issues in the past have been taken care of, and it gives me complete trust to keep going back. To actually feel valued and respected as a customer is a wonderful thing, and is definitely not a lost art at Visions in Sherwood Park. Thank you once again, Mr. Stamhuis / Visions. You have had, and will continue to have my business in the future. Much appreciated.

Kalvin was so helpful in finding the perfect pair of headphones for me within my budget. I have been shopping here for years and will continue to do so!
