“Had a burnt out motor on my vaccum. Called and talked to Guy. Told him it was a Kenmore. He knew what brand of motor was in it right away. He had the motor in stock. It was 6:30 at night and he was ok with me picking it up that night. When I got there we talked about my vaccum. He knew that one of the gaskets had moved, how the motor was secured and what the vaccum casing was made of. Great service and knowledgable. Would recommend.”
