“Some may consider it strange to review a banking location, but I make frequent use of the tellers over the machines when I can so I feel that I can comment. The tellers and other staff at this location have always been receptive to my needs and requests and have never had an issue. Staff have always been polite and have even suggested services that might be of value to me; genuine value, not salesperson-being-pushy-value. Facility is always neat and tidy and lines are rarely long and when they are it is usually because they are training a new staff member (they have the courtesy to put up a sign to let you know, very thoughtful). Overall, my BMO branch of choice.”
