“I LOVED the adult Full Body Fit class it was a great workout and the instructor was very good (Megan I believe)! I enjoyed myself and would definitely consider coming again. I like the idea of a passcard idea that I can pick and choose when I can or want to come. There was another lady in the class who I knew, she also spoke highly of her experience at the studio, so that's always a good sign. I refer anyone to come and try a class, in particular a former dancer I think would really enjoy being in a studio again... But all skill levels could enjoy! “Heather is amazing!! The class starts and ends slow and she pumps it up in the middle. She does an amazing job at both explaining and demonstrating each exercise. She shows different versions of each thing so that everyone can be challenged without feeling overwhelmed. Child minding was AMAZING!! My 4 year old had a dance party while my son got cuddles and some independenance at the same time. I felt Totally comfortable with my kids being cared for. Front end staff was super friendly and professional. Studio had nice change rooms and facilities (including locking lockers). Facility was well designed, clean and maintained. Cant say enough good things about this place! Tip: come 10 -15 min early to get a spot! It fills up quickly!!”
