Every new ring I saw as an option, he would tell me everything about it and let me try it on. He was knowledgeable, kind and made me feel like a valued customer. He went above and beyond and he should definitely be recognized for it. I knew he didn’t just care about making the sale because when he saw me get confused about which ring I wanted, he told me to take a picture of two I loved and go get a coffee so I could have time to think about it.
