“Was very happy with all of the service staff when we had our new ALL WEATHER tires put on. Bobby, the service guys, all did a FANTASTIC and Caring job on my wife's car. I did get a bit of a sticker shock with the wheel alignment though. It was about double what I was quoted even with knowing that the shim on the back axle had to be installed. I thought it was part of the original quote but found out at the checkout that it was not. I will certainly continue to shop and trade with Kal Tire. We have more tires to buy and because of the AWESOME service and much of the pricing will continue to be a customer with these guys!”
