“An ice rink in the mountains, what more could you ask for?! Open to the public and free of charge. There are picnic tables, a couple small fire pits, and a platform to put on your skates. There's an outhouse right nearby if Nature Calls. Skate Rentals are available around the corner at Kananaskis Outfitters. There's a skating Pond in the Village Center as well if you don't plan on playing hockey. If lots of snow falls on the day you are coming out. The village maintenance staff have to clear the pathways and walking paths before they get to flooding, be ready to do some snow clearing and pack a shovel or two.”

“Executing a wedding in a pandemic took planning, re-planning, and re-planning some more. Contracts had to be rewritten and renegotiated every time government and health restrictions happened. And last summer that happened a lot!!! But as my wise father said "life doesn't stop happening or go on pause" and there was no need to put our love on hold or our life goals on hold. We had to change our expectations and adjust but in the end we got married and shared the day with loved ones. We will do something bigger with lots of dancing at our 5 year anniversary. With how amazing Kaitlyn at Owl Eye Photography was at being adaptable, encouraging, solutions focused, creative, and just plain rad, maybe we can have her there at the 5 year too! Thanks Owl Eye for being the anchor ⚓ throughout our day; keeping it on point, timely, and full of love! We highly recommend her!”

“Great location, good facilities. Pretty expensive for an open field but everyone had fun. You can hear the traffic noise from the highway as well. Great overall facility for a group camp.”

“Great hike with a well used trail. You will meet several people along the way running, hiking and mountain biking. Be prepared to share the trail. The views are beautiful and the trail is well maintained.”

“It's a nice private spot, your close to the river, locked gate so you don't have people coming and going. It has a cook shack with a nice fireplace inside with wood supplied. There is a nice bigger fire pit close by to use, there's about 15 camper spots maybe 20 at best some have smaller fire pits, there is parking area by the cook shack, there's a nice open area for kids to play in and dogs can run around. Would go back again”
