Three Hills Child Care Centre

I went for an interview/orientation today and was blown away. The staff are warm, highly educated and very organized.
Highlights for me:
-The space had lots of natural light and elements of nature with in the space. (Tree branches for decore and lots of real plants)
- the people love what they do and have the education to bring a successful experience for our children. The transparency and systems in place for security and safety. So refreshing to see lesson planning, incident reporting and special feedback sheets for parents to explore
- Outside appearance. Might seem like a weird thing to highlight but this place takes very good care of the outside play space as well as building and parking area. Our boys need outside play as of the daily routine.
