My computer has been unreliable since a recent "update". I contacted David at DBCS and was able to have my computer diagnosed. He was able to fix the computer within the 30 minute time slot. He did offer to continue to work on the computer to check for further updates and to run a virus scan that he uses.
I received word that the computer was ready the next day. He spent several hours working on my computer overnight, all for the flat fee he charges. He found the computer kept trying to re-install a problem driver and was able to get the computer to accept the proper driver.
David REALLY knows his stuff. He is very polite and courteous to deal with. He also has many different devices for sale, so do not just look to DBCS for repair, maybe for your next computer too! Thank you David!
P.S. I was having some trouble once back home and contacted him. He made himself available and checked in with me to make sure the issues were corrected! Awesome
