Oh where do we begin?? Let's first start off with Christine at reception, so polite and accommodating. Tara, our sales gal, an absolute hoot! She bent over backwards for us with our trade-in and extras. Robyn, the financial angel, gave us a great deal and handled all our best options. Last but not least, Eric in service, went through everything very thoroughly. He showed us all the ins and outs of what we needed to know about our new unit. My wife and I purchased a 2021 trailer in April of this year. We worked with Terry (Sasquatch-man) Gardiner. After telling him what we were looking for in a floor plan he took us to our new RV. One look and we knew that was exactly the one we were looking for. Terry was super throughout the entire sales process. The finance team (I'm sorry I forget her name) was great and we were able to discuss financing over the phone while watching my son's hockey game at a local arena! On pick up day Eric did a detailed and informative walk through with us. He ensured we knew how everything worked and we left confident. They even took the new hitch assembly I bought, ensured it fit, showed me how to use it, and drilled holes into the trailer assembly for my sway bar. Let me give you a little story of how good the service is from this place my vehicle battery died on me and these guys lent me a battery and the tools to take it apart from my vehicle so I could get it another battery this is absolutely the best place to go if you want good service very impressed can't see anything better about them I ended up buying the battery from them

We had the best service from Bill,Keddy,Debby,Teddy and everyone else! They did a amazing job making sure we were happy above anything else!
