Members seem friendly and chatty in a non gymtimidating environment, everyone is welcome no matter your level of fitness or age.
No personal trainers allowed which can make it difficult for those who are just becoming familiar with the gym. No group fitness.
Tanning, massage beds available and free if you choose the appropriate membership.
The cost of membership is very low and is affordable for everyone
(February 1, 2020, 3:45 am)A little smaller in size as I prefer my gyms spacious but still incredible for the price you pay! Great selection of machines and the hydro beds are heavenly. I have issues with the tanning beds as they look a little old school but other than that I love this gym and so does my bank account!
(February 5, 2017, 2:56 pm)Very inexpensive gym with lots of equipment. Be aware that no men's showers but for the price it is great. Staff are very friendly
