(June 24, 2018, 2:58 pm)I am not eating meat, eggs or dairy so I ordered my plain pizza and crazy bread without cheese. The manager (and, I'm guessing, owner) kind of chuckled at my request, which, I admitted, sounded strange. When he told me my total I was surprised and asked "for both?" He said that the charge (under $6) was accurate, and that cheese is expensive.
I was so happy! Vegan options are never cheaper to buy at restaurants even though they save the restaurant money/resources. Extra cheese on anything anywhere costs extra; this was he first time in months where asking for no cheese on a pizza resulted in a decrease in price. This is how to run a business. I also asked for extra sauce and it did (asking for extra sauce at other places can be hit or miss, even from the same place but on different days).
If you are lactose intolerant, plant based/vegan, or just really broke, this is the restaurant/location for you.
