Josh assessed our current furnaces and determined that the safest and most financially prudent course of action would be to replace both. He provided several alternatives with full details and pricing. Prices were excellent. We proceeded to have Lumberjack replace our furnaces and are very pleased that we did. Josh and Jordan showed up precisely when they said, worked very diligently and completed the installation before the end of the day. They did excellent work, were very straight forward, easy to talk to, honest and professional. I would highly recommend them.

I hired Lumberjack to install a water softener in my home. They provided a quote with a few options, and took the time to answer all my questions.

When they arrived they showed up with gloves, masks (this was during COVID-19), and left their boots outside. They walked me through how the water softener worked, how to replace the filter, what to expect etc. They also answered all my other non-water softener questions regarding my furnace and provide some great maintenance and DIY improvements.

Communication was straight forward and simple. I received an email with my quote, I was able approve and book an appointment online. I was sent a follow up email to confirm my appointment time. They called ahead and were able to show up earlier. When the work was done I was sent an invoice via email and I was able to quickly make my payment.
