“Our furnace stopped working on a Friday. I tried to get in touch with a few companies but by late afternoon I still hadn't heard back from any. I called Waterwise and a very friendly guy answered right away. Even though their hours say they close at 4:30pm and it was after 4:00pm already, a repair guy showed up in about 10 minutes, as he was just finishing up another job nearby. The service was incredibly professional. He showed me what to do if there were any more problems and he was extremely efficient and thorough. We have not had any issues since and the price was more than reasonable. They will be our go-to for all future needs and I highly recommend them.”

He provided several alternatives with full details and pricing. Prices were excellent. We proceeded to have Lumberjack replace our furnaces and are very pleased that we did. “Thank you Gavin. What a nice and professional guy and knowledgeable. My toilet clogged and I could not unclogged with anything. I mean I know how to do things around the house but I simply for this kind of clogging I did not have tools to fix it. Gavin came and fixed it in less than an hour for best rate than anyone I have called in Airdrie or in Calgary. He will even give you call ahead before he will show up that he is coming 30 minutes head or even an hour. He does lot of other jobs other than plumbing so call him and ask. “Christian was on time for 9:30 am, very polite and friendly and patient with our dog. He checked out what was needed to get the water dispenser on the fridge to work then was clear on what needed to be done. On the phone he guessed $260 but once he saw what the situation was that changed to $320 which I still feel was reasonable. After discussion Christian went right to work, said about an hour to finish and that is what it took. I highly recommend this plumbing company and will be using them for future plumbing needs. Great experience overall.”

“Big purchases for a home owner can sometimes be scary. I have to be honest and tell you that is not the case when you have the care help and support of the team at ADVANPRO . My family and I were in the market for to add a new AC to our home. We reached out and acquired several quotes from many vendors in the business, but the ADVANPRO team just had that extra effort and focus in their quote and site visit. They took the time to explain the smaller details around why and how. But also walked through the installation process and pointed out any concerns upfront so that no unexpected extras or surprises popped up. When I called I talked to a very friendly receptionist who set Me up with a sales rep Dave who came out to Redwood Meadows for a free quote and was very knowledgeable about the product he was talking about. Dave was very professional and did what he could to accommodate me with the financial assistance. When I decided to purchase the system Dave (even tho he was on holidays) set up a date for his team to arrive. I want to thank Jesse, Allen, and Kevin for an outstanding job!!
