“A great little play park and large field for families and dogs to enjoy. There is a nice clear paved path way around most of the park for anyone needing a wheelchair or walker or wishing to rollerblade or bike.Only thing missing is some shade by the benches. Don't forget to check out the ice cream shop and Garrisons Pub across the field.”

“Best off leash park in Calgary! So many dogs no matter the weather or time of day! Although a fence along the street would be nice but not too necessary since it's not a busy road and the park is so big that the road can easily be avoided if you're worried about your dog running on to the road. Very quick to get down to Sandy Beach too.”

“Part of the river park off leash dog park. A great place to walk with the dogs, a nice long stretch and a cool beach in the summer. The park is mostly unfenced, parts are closed, but many parts are open. Also usually quite busy here, so not the best for playing wtih the ball.”
