  This place is awesome. Janine determined my problem quickly and had me on my way in just a couple appointments. She gave me some maintenance exercises so that I will stay healthy. Also she is a wizard with needles. I was very nervous but they didn't hurt at all

  Been going here for my MVA physio for about a month now. I really like it here. I've been seeing Janine and she is awesome! Very chill and calm environment too so that helps with the therapy!

  Went to my first class with Bonar at Move 2 Move today and will definitely be back! It was playful and enjoyable and totally accessible for all levels - Bonar was great at making sure all of the movements were scaleable and providing feedback and modifications. Congrats on a beautiful space and a great style of programming!

  Really happy to be under Lea's care. My old injury has finally started improving. She pinpointed the problem immediately. They also have a great facility for group classes.
