  Love this place.. coaches are great. And they make sure you do it right.. had some doubt in the beginning but now I am floored and want to go there even on Sundays..

  I have been going to RCR for 8 years and it has been amazing to me. Ken run's a great gym and it is a great group of people that coach there and that workout there. I met many good friends through RCR and also have gotten in the best shape of my life. The coaches are knowledgeable, personable and effective. This goes for whether you are just getting starting in exercising or if you are a high level athlete. The facility is first rate as well. Big, clean, well lit with all the equipment you need and nothing you don't. You won't regret it.

  I've tried a number of gyms and programs over the years but nothing has motivated me more that Crossfit at Ramsay. Every staff member is friendly and devoted to members. Every coach takes time to not only correct my form and encourage members, but also to just get to know you and your goals. Would recommend to anyone and everyone. Such a supportive and welcoming environment.
