  Geoff is an amazing trainer, he designed a program to help resolve some nagging injuries and to help me achieve my goals. The combination of attending circuit classes and sitting at a desk all day was the perfect recipe for my shoulder impingement. When I first saw Geoff, I wasn’t able to scratch my back. Geoff designed a program that improved my flexibility and strength imbalances which allowed me to make considerable improvements in all my lifts, while feeling very secure knowing that Geoff was watching for any breakdown technique. I’ve been doing some form of exercise my whole life, but I’ve never seen the improvements or had the confidence to achieve my goals as I have working with Geoff.

  Geoff is an outstanding trainer who has been instrumental in helping me achieve my goals. He is a true professional who is dedicated to helping people improve their fitness and overall well being. He goes above and beyond for his clients in terms of his preparation for each session and customization of workouts for each individual. With Every Body Stronger, Geoff is creating a welcoming community of people of all ages, shapes and abilities who encourage each other to improve their health. I recommend him to anyone, but especially those who might have little to no gym experience, find the gym intimidating, or those looking to affect a significant lifestyle change.

  My personal training experience with Geoff have been great! I was specifically looking at getting better in my Olympic lifts as I struggled on my own with overhead squats and snatches. He helped me break down these lifts and coached me to where I'm now performing these lifts with proper technique - and this all happened within the first couple sessions!! Wish I would have met Geoff earlier because he produces results!

  Geoff has a great way of demonstrating exercises and motivating you to try it. No loud shouts, just encouraging words and a positive demeanour. I have really gravitated to his personal style and know that every challenge I continue bring to him, he will deliver :)

  This is a great work out option for everyone. Geoff creates a circuit that will help you get stronger if you are just starting or looking to enhance years of working out. Many members of my family with varying degrees of fitness can all work out together. His personal training really helped me work through some injuries and get back into a fit lifestyle after sitting on the couch for years!
