They provided excellent customer service. Their technician was knowledgeable, did not rush, explained everything properly, and used blankets to put all his tools. I really recommend Southland technical services to everybody.

The two fella's who performed the service work in my house were very professional, on time and knew exactly what they were doing, the job was completed perfectly and very quickly. I really appreciated the option of having the service work done in my home since there is no way I could have brought my TV to their shop. I also really appreciate Jenny squeezing me in for the appointment that fit my schedule; thanks Southland!! I have no hesitation recommending Southland.

OK - listen up! Over the past decade, I can share that in the service repair type of business the Southland Tech team is very reliable and they are straight up with you. These guys are your best ally. So treat them with respect. In this day and age, as more and more appliances and electronics are mass produced and shipped from far-flung areas of the planet, and quality of the end product is marginal at best, these guys are your lifeline. And they are on your side! Their skills are technically & scientifically gifted - yet there is also an art to the repair business - it involves detective work - crafted from years of experience & innate talent. Even if your warranty has run out - that is when these pro's take over. And they most certainly deliver. So be sure to listen to what they say, because believe me, they have explored all options on the table on your behalf, so you can definitely give them the benefit of the doubt. They are champions and are on my platinum list. In my opinion, you can rest assured that they will do the utmost for your electronic device or appliance. Their repair prices are of definite value over the time and money invested in a new appliance. (Besides I wouldn't want to be so quick to have my old stuff end up in the landfill.) I consider them a resource; we are fortunate to have them offering their services in this fine city.

Tech was on time and knowledgeable. Feared TV would have to be replaced but luckily it was minor and the tech was able to fix it.
