“After many community recommendations, we went here to get our renovation painting started. However, one of the women that works there is incredibly rude to us. I realize that everyone is quite busy right now, surely anywhere with home improvement or project products are one of the busiest, but I was shocked at the attitude. As a fellow customer service rep, i was shocked. I ended up walking away quite upset and found a different retailer a few hours later. I’ve given more than one star because the selection was great, the store was in lovely shape and the gentleman I spoke to at first was very kind. I realize one person having a bad day can negatively impact an entire business but I have to admit that I’m upset enough about this to not come back.”

They added loose fill to our attic insulation to our 1960's home, installed multiple cold air flow vents in the roof, and properly secured/insulated a bathroom fan. They also re-textured our ceilings to give us a nice flat finish. We are looking forward to a warmer space this winter with no risk of condensation in our ceilings!”
