I scheduled my daughters class 5 GDL road test here. The examiner noticed I still had last years insurance card and therefore we could not do the test (re-booking was 2 months wait and $90). He suggested I call my insurance provider and said he could be flexible and start the test a little bit late if we could get an email copy of the insurance card. With the email proof of insurance in hand, my daughter did the test. I was very impressed with how flexible and helpful the examiner was. I was bracing for a lecture but was presently surprised with this experience. This was a friendly and professional AMA interaction and I'm grateful for the staff who helped us on that day.
Note to those scheduling a drivers test: Booking at almost any registry is a 2 months wait due to the government of AB now providing their own examiners (as of March 2019). This may get better over time, but it appears there are fewer examiners than before.

I came in at around noon. The branch wasn't very busy and the wait time was minimal. The employee at the branch was polite, helpful and efficient. I was in and out in about 10 minutes which included taking photos. It was a very good experience. I can only hope to receive such service every time I visit any business as a customer. Thanks!
