“I had an appointment for Tuesday March 10th at 11:10. The ladies behind the desk we very nice and both greeted us. My sister was with me. We had to fill in a lot forms and as I am unable to write my sister filled them in for me. We then went with Sarah who put me through a lot of breathing tests. I was there for lung tests. She was very efficient and friendly you could tell she liked her job and she made you feel very comfortable. When we were called by the doctor he shook my hand and welcomed me to the clinic. He was very efficient and explained everything so we understood everything that was going on. “Wow why have I not been shopping here since the start of the pandemic? All staff are friendly and organized to keep shoppers safe. Very impressed with the flow of the in/out as well as the line ups are waaaaay more controlled lining up by customer service. I work with seniors and am very conscious of my habits to keep everyone safe and the virus away. All staff were wearing masks and most shoppers as well. I was shopping at sobeys prior but will be switching to coop. You didn’t need a bylaw to make sure everyone was wearing masks and being safe thank you for taking the pandemic seriously and keeping us and your staff safe.”

We are first time homeowners and used Floors on Crowfoot to rip out the old carper and install new luxury vinyl planks. We did this all from out of town and Darrell was great to keep us updated and guide us through the process. When a mover scratched the floor a week after installation, Darrell was quick to send Joel out for a repair that looks just like new. Very happy with the end result!”

“I was there on July 31 and the gentleman named John was very nice and great. I got there around 6:30 pm but due to the COVID. They could only have limited people on the store. The last person he help ended up finishing at right at 7 pm. He stayed extra few minute to help me transfer me from Telus to Koodo. I felt so bad making him stay late.
