  Eric sold our house in the first 2 weeks that is was listed… for FULL ASKING PRICE!
  
  Although my husband and I had a different idea of what we felt we needed/wanted in our new home, Eric was able to help us find what we both were looking for in a fun and non-stressful way.
  
  Out of the three Relators I’ve worked with in the past, Eric exceeded my expectations by far. He was always easy to get a hold of, knowledgeable and he thinks outside the box. If you follow his advice, your chance of selling your house for what you want is much greater.
  
  We will continue to work with Eric in the future and recommend him to Family and friends.

  Once Eric and his "team" are on your case, their devotion is unswerving. He listened to my preferences and was quick to change course when I THOUGHT I wanted X and later decided Y would work better for me.
  He has connections and a team of helpers that (for the most part) are very helpful and devoted as he.
  His follow through is impeccable. For his team, once a client.. always.. he continues to stay in touch and offer his help.
  He has developed a wonderful array of classy "touches", like his personal portfolio of my needs, wants, wishes, contacts, preferences notes, expectations and his commitment to my quest ,
  I certainly suggest him to whomever I think may be changing homes, or even other changes in their lives.
