  Quick and cost-effective repair, and when something still wasn't quite right they took my car back in immediately and had me on my way in 15 minutes with the problem solved. Excellent customer service and truly genuine and friendly staff. Can't recommend these guys enough!

  Can only say great things about this shop and the people working there. My 17 year old son thought he might have a radiator leak and made an appointment to have it checked out at Knibbe’s. First off, they treated my son very well and listened to his concerns. They then checked out his Jeep in a very timely manner and were excellent about keeping us informed through the whole process. And when they found nothing wrong, they did not charge us! I have a super charged Mustang that I will definitely be bringing to this shop for her inspection/oil change. And I don’t just let anyone look after my baby!! All I can say is thank you, thank you. Knibbe’s has gained a couple of very happy customers.

  5 star personalized service. Very friendly, knowledgeable and honest. They’ll help you figure out a maintenance plan for your vehicle so you can budget ahead of time.

  We sent our son in to have some work done on his personal vehicle. He was treated with care, received the advice he needed, had the work needed done quickly and at a fair price. You don't find people like this often nowadays. Good job to John and his team!

  The folks at Knibbe have been keeping our vintage Jeep in top shape. Before we tried them, we tried other auto repair shops but were disappointed in their service and billing practices. So, we tried Knibbe...several years ago and haven’t looked elsewhere since.
  
  Knibbe is friendly, honest, and thorough. They diagnose the problems, provide an accurate estimate, and show you the replaced parts when pick up your vehicle.
  
  Even though we recently purchased a new vehicle, we’ll continue to trust Knibbe in keeping our Jeep in good shape as a second vehicle. If you are looking for a trustworthy auto repair shop, you won’t do better than Knibbe!
