Optimum Wellness Centres - Crowfoot

I’ve been a patient here for many years, I stayed on when Dr Sarah took over and she is really wonderful. She takes time to listen and always is professional.

My only complaint would be with the other chiropractor I saw when Dr Sarah was unavailable. I think his name was Dr Damen. He did a full review as it was my first time seeing him (which I appreciate). He then told me that my main issue probably couldn’t be fixed (which could be true, it’s been years). The part that really made my blood boil was when he made a demeaning comment about my “horrible posture” and laughed. I was slouching because I was absolutely exhausted. I have 2 babies and I work evenings/nights. I average 4-5 hours of broken up sleep a night. It was hurtful and made me feel awful. Sorry I had 15 minutes on my own for the first time in forever and slouched. It took all my will power not to let him have it.

I haven’t been back much and only to see Dr Sarah. I would highly recommend her to everyone. As for the other chiropractor - you should probably take a pass and wait for Dr Sarah.
