Best Western Plus Village Park Inn

Rooms have been nicely updated. Staff is very helpful and friendly. Underground parking is available. Great breakfast with a variety of hot and cold items. Pool is pleasantly heated and hot tub is hot. Hotel is convenient to University. We stay here every time we are in Calgary.

Hotel rooms are nice, quiet. Beds are comfortable, rooms are modern. We were on the 4th floor and it was ideal. The building is accommodating for groups or teams, has a pool and hot tub. free breakfast included in our stay.
However it’s quite busy and a little loud during the day.
Location is great, we enjoyed our stay and will come back.

Redeemed a free night here and I can honestly say I had zero complaints other than the waffle batter I covet in the mornings being a bit watery so my waffle got a little stuck in the iron, but the sweet older lady working the buffet helped my peel that baby out. That on top of her telling us to go and get more food because she had to shut down the buffet is why I feel she deserves to be in this review (I'm so sorry I never got her name but she reminded me of my granny, so sweet and pleasant)

The front desk was a little rude when I checked in, but everything else was top notch. The pool was warm for the children and baby. The room was comfy. The hotel itself was beautiful, with the restaurant ceiling soaring 4 storeys upward. The free breakfast was excellent too.
