I'm a General Contractor in the city, and I was tasked with finding a part for a very unique vanity tap set. I'm posting this review because I have had a wonderful experience with Rik today. Not only was he extremely helpful in finding a part on a long discontinued from a local rep, he provided the manual to change the thing. My customer will be very happy with this, which in turn makes me look like the hero. I couldn't be happier with the service I was given today. I used to take my business and clientele to other suppliers but now deal exclusively with RF whenever possible. Great customer service and communication and all of the staff are very knowledgeable and willing to work with me on any size budget. Their broad selection and quality of products is the best I've seen in the city and they continue to adapt and expand their product offering.
