From my initial phone call to Eugene about my washer issue, he was friendly, professional and knowledgeable about the issue with my washer and very clear with the service fee. Arrived on time and took time to explain what caused the breakdown and gave us time to check the warranty and the replacement part was promptly ordered and installed within a few days. Will definitely use Appliance Repair Masters again and would recommend them to anyone needing an appliance repaired.

Eugene was on time for our agreed window, professional and very transparent with what he was doing and what the repairs would cost me and that the repair had a 6 month warranty. He did a great job and fixed my issues quickly and thoroughly. Quite happy and will definitely use them again if/when I have the need.

Fantastic service! We recently used Appliance Masters for the first time to replace a broken glass cook top, and were amazed by how professional, reliable and thorough they are. Eugene called half an hour ahead to let us know he would be on time, he was knowledgeable, meticulous and efficient in his work, he found an excellent deal on the replacement part and was a real pleasure to work with.
