The best bakery in Calgary. If you are looking for a #challah bread, look no further. Has an amazing range of sweet treats too.

The staff was amazing and the products are fresh. They should offer to heat up the pizzas but hey, the lady at the front made up for the cold pizza.

Despite the fact that it's the only bakery in the area, COBS does a fantastic jobs. The staff are super friendly, allow you to take your time, and willing to provide reccomendations if you ask. All the baked goods (scones, cinnamon rolls, sour dough bread, croissants, etc.) that I have tried from here have been excellent. Would visit again.

Great bakery with lovely staff - loved the Lemon Blueberry Scones. We will be back for more.

Went there today looking for some sourdough for my husband. Simply amazing service from Spencer! Knowledgeable and friendly. She offered suggestions & provided us with several options. So nice to be able to go to a store and have someone care enough about thier customer to take thier time with us!! Plus came away with a delectable raspberry treat. Thank you Spencer!!
