“One of the most professional and caring clinics I have been too. While many others in the city are very transactional and cold, this certainly was as positive of an experience as could be had saying goodbye to a pet. At a very hard time for our family, when our lovely chocolate lab was diagnosed with cancer and began to decline very quickly, Dr. Robertson provided the upmost care, respect and compassion at this transition for us and our sweet girl. Our usual vet was not available and they were able to help us without question and provided us with an unmatched professional but caring experience. They even offered us some keepsake options we didn't know were available which are now some of our most prized possessions. We have now moved our business to their clinic permanently.
