“Every morning I go to this location and the staff is so nice and friendly. My smoothie is always good and well blended. I like especially the asian lady who makes my smoothie, she is so helpful and knowledgeable. Other staff may be different but I don't think that manager's are to blame if staff's didn't serve a customer right or act rudely. Because I did observe how they teach staff and staff are so nice when manager is there but when the manager is not around sometimes they might act differently. For how many years of being a customer to this location I observed that even workers who worked for how many years in that location do act rudely and do not serve customer correctly. I appreciate the newer workers because they are friendly and accommodating. Keep being nice and hard working.”

“Toppings were fresh, delivery was fast but the crust (original) is so stiff and cardboard like. Really wish they'd improve that but it's been like that for years (since the last time we tried it). Would be ok paying more for better quality crust.”
