They were absolutely amazing. They took a bunch of time to diagnose my issues and then recommended hardware, and get this, helped me install it. They must have taken 2 hours minimum and were completely invested in fixing my problems.

Joel H. was particularly helpful but I kind of feel bad saying that because the other guys were equally amazing. Great team effort, amazing customer service and super knowledgeable staff.

Even if prices were cheaper somewhere else, which usually isn’t the case, I would only buy here. Oh and they even followed up with a courtesy call a couple days later. You guys won a customer for life. Way to set the bar for customer service. Thank you all very much.

I had a not so good experience with Memory Express the day before. When I went in to pickup my part I decided to speak to the general manager Marcus to voice my concerns. He was very polite and actually listened to what I had to say. He was able to turn an everyday customer into a forever customer. Thank you for your time and help.

Chris. S is without a doubt the most helpful, and knowledgeable guy I've met when it comes to PC hardware. He knows what works the best for your requirements, what's the best price, and goes out of his way to help you out. Can't say enough good things about this place. I've been shopping here for 12 years, built 5 full gaming rigs through them. Can't think of a single negative thing to say. The absolute best PC store around.
