Customer service from the front office staff was impeccable and thank you to the folks who fixed, painted and put the SUV back together. A 2 thumbs up review for this business ????????

Christine in particular was fantastic, and went above and beyond to answer my questions and accommodate my needs. I recommend CarStar Downtown highly.

(July 31, 2018, 11:08 pm)The repair job was great though now my bumper is the best looking part of my car but that's a testament to their work. My car was cleaned inside and out which was a nice add on....The repair was flawless....The only reason I couldn't give the full five stars is simply because I had made an initial date for the repair but because an employee had quit my part never got ordered so my repair was delayed 10 days...not a big deal considering the insurance claim took 6 months the finalize
