The service and parts department are always very friendly and knowledgeable! Their pricing is excellent and the staff provides tremendous service! They provided towing when I needed it, and cleaned up my bike making it look brand new once returned! 100% recommend them to anyone!!

Update June 11th.

Talked with the store manager Melissa. Wow. Great customer service. Helped me out and checked the bike, gave me a credit and made sure everything was perfect.

This place treats their customers like we matter. I will definitely be back!

Picked up my bike, had a mess on both sides of engine that hadn't been cleaned up after their service, the choke cable does not stay on any settings now except completely off. They said the mechanic spent almost an hour trying to find my seat release cable (I had called previously to explain where it is located. Obviously that person did not communicate with the mechanic). And there's scratches on my gas tank that weren't there previously...

I unfortunately do not recommend this place.

The BEST bike service in Calgary! All Season provides the highest level of customer care. Thanks to Cam, Melissa and Nick - they got my bike back on the road – they promised me a date and they delivered! There is no question that I will use All Season for ALL of my motorcycle servicing and I will recommend them to everyone I ride with. The customer service and communication I received from Cam and Melissa exceeded all of my expectations. They provided me with a full explanation of the repair process and they were always available by phone and email. Nick is an amazing motorcycle mechanic and repaired my bike in a timely and professional manner. I’m back on the road and living the BIKELIFE!

UPDATE: I took my motorcycle in for the spring service. No surprise, but it was quick, reasonably priced, and the staff remembered me and were very friendly right from the get go. They also seem to love my bike, and I bought a riding mask from them that looks deadly. Thank you Melissa!! If I could, I would give you 5 more stars for a total of 10/5 !

EARLIER REVIEW: So there is a motorcycle expert named Kelly M who is a friend and neighbour, and I have relied on her help since starting out as a junior rider last year. When I mean expert, I mean she has been riding forever, is obsessed with motorbikes, and neighborhood riders go to her for all advice when she is hanging out at the local. I too always seek her advice, so called her up when I took my little 250cc bike out for the first time this season and got a flat!! I managed to safely get to a gas station, but the tire wasn't taking any air so something was wrong with the tube. I made plans to tow it to where Kelly used to work, and Kelly told me to give Jason a call at All Season Motorsports.

Needless to say, I was incredibly impressed with how quickly Jason knew which tire size and tube I was talking about, even though I had barely any idea of what I was talking about! He said he would get me in the same day if I got it towed to him. So I did, and the team at All Season hooked me up for a very cheap cost and quick turnaround. I was back on the road again same afternoon. Thank you Kelly, Jason and the team at All Season! I was wondering where to book my Spring tune up before I start havin a blast this upcoming season, and I'm all set to see them again next week!
