“I have been here now 3 times to get waxes. She is amazing! I have been to a few different places for waxes and this is by far the best! I have been to a very high end salon that was very expensive and Sonam's Esthetic Touch is so much better!! It is the least painful wax I have ever had, and she actually gets all the hair! I would highly recommend her! This is the only place I will ever go for my waxes!”

“Great barber shop. Staff always greet you and seem to be in a good mood. Clean and modern atmosphere. I've alwyas gone to Simon, and he treats you like family. He always goes the extra mile to ensure your cut is exactly how you want it. Never disappointed. One tip : expect it to be busy as it's first come first serve. Go as early as you can. I highly recommend this barber shop for your next cut!”

“I gave them 3 three stars because the lady who did my massage was awesome. It was very relaxing and exactly what I needed. But the ladies at the front desk were not friendly at all. Talk about poor customer service. They just looked at my face without a smile. They smiled at their colleagues so obviously they can smile but I guess not with me. I thought maybe they didn’t like me because I’m black. But I will go back because of the woman who did my massage. I don’t remember her name but she’s very good at what she does, friendly and professional. Your front desk ladies need a proper customer service training”
