From start was a nightmare, from there competition lol, there is no competition.Calgary Custom Cabinets from start from Melisa measuring & giving us some wonderful ideas to a spot on quote. Then dealing with Mom & Dad, was outstanding, a great family run company, well then came Lee there installer, what a professional, Lee thought we should change some things to make work better, & Lee was correct, we had bedrooms night stands & dressers done in 2 bedrooms, along with closets & 2 bathrooms & pantry, a big dining room hutch, bathrooms Cabinets, 2 entertainment units& also slide outs in kitchen & pantry.
The work from start to finish was outstanding.
I highly recommend Calgary Custom Cabinets, for small & large jobs.

Our master closet was falling apart from previous owners of our house, and when it finally ripped away from the wall after just moving hangers around, I finally gave Calgary Custom Closets a call (I had scoped them out and another highly rated closet company when we moved in and ultimately wanted to support a locally owned business).

I left a message about my closet disaster and Lynn called me back within hours, and scheduled an appointment to come to my home for a consultation that very weekend. She was professional, got everything measured up and listened to my needs while giving great ideas. I decided to get the front door closet done as well in addition to the master closet. I got designs from her the next day! Quotes were very reasonable.

After requesting a minor design change and signing the contract I expected to wait 4-5 weeks as stated by Lynn but less than 2 weeks from my order, Kim called me to schedule an install, which was amazingly fast! From the time I signed the contract to the actual date of install took just 3 weeks.

Lee was the installer and explained how he was going to work to me, and got to work right away. He was respectful of our home, tidy and very professional, and got both closets done in about a half day.

It’s only been a week with my new closets but I am thrilled with them. Great designs and very functional. I have so much more space in the small front door closet (which was simply a single wire rack across prior to the redesign) and my master closet is much better suited to my needs (and much, much more likely to last and not fall apart). Excellent craftsmanship and installation. Every single staff member from this company was amazing to work with.

We recently hired Calgary Custom Closets to renovate 3 closets in our Calgary condo. From the first meeting with Melissa to the final accessory hang, the experience has been wonderful for us, extremely professional and we are thrilled with the outcome.

Melissa was very helpful with the design, especially on our Master Walk-in Closet. She had very good ideas we wouldn't have thought of.
Receiving the professionally done renderings before finalizing our decision was very enlightening and allowed us to make all our decisions with confidence.

The installer, Lee, was very personable and clarified our needs with questions and suggestions while he worked through the project. We were very comfortable having him in our home and his experience shone through all aspects of his work especially with regard to fit and finish.
Each area was cleaned thoroughly and Lee made sure to advise us of the next day's work and what time he would be arriving. He really went "above and beyond" with our project.

Communication was terrific and Calgary Custom Closets is definitely a company we highly recommend!

We had Calgary Custom Closets install a Murphy Bed in our basement. They did a great job from the quoting to the installation. The installers Dorin and Lee were very friendly and did a great job. Highly recommended.
