Our designer recommended Bio Flame when building our new home and I'm glad that she did! Installation was simple and we can control our fireplace using our phones! Very cool. Great looking flame to boot.

During our renovation process, we decided to install a Bio Flame in our master bedroom and convert our main fireplace in the living room to a Bio Flame as well. We were surprised at how much heat is produced and love the ability to control the output. Very happy with the sales staff and installer.

Very happy with the Bio Flame product and service! Our wood burning fireplace was decommissioned by our insurance carrier and we had received quotes nearing $17,000 to convert to gas. Luckily, a friend recommended Bio Flame and we were able to convert to just under $2,000! I don't usually write reviews, but these guys were great to deal with!
