Daniel and his staff have always been very helpful, however the goldsmith working out of this location has unfortunately proven to be subpar at best.
Out of 4 repairs done here, two were done incorrectly.

Three repairs were broken posts on earrings that simply needed to be soldered back on, of which two were done correctly, while the last was completely bent.
Unfortunately the shop closed for quarantine, providing me zero notice, and I moved during this time. After driving hours to recieve my ring, I realized only one of the two repairs had been completed, despite paying in full.

I would recommend Daniel and his staff for any purchases, but I highly suggest bringing repairs elsewhere.

Wow! What a great experience today at Paris Jewelers in North Hill Mall. I had bought from them before, but today I had some heavily tarnished pieces that needed cleaning. Although the pieces were not from them, Daniel, the manager, said he would be happy to clean them for me. Less then two hours later, I returned and couldn’t believe how Daniel had restored everything to it’s natural beauty. It was like everything was brand new. I am so thankful to Paris and Daniel for their kindness and expertise. He even took the time to explain what types of stones were in the pieces. I left the store extremely happy and grateful. I will come to them first for future purchases! Thanks so much!

Daniel and his staff were great. We were getting a custom made wedding band for her and my wedding band as well. She had very specific criteria and it also needed to fit perfectly. They were able to take her ideas, draw it up and finally make it reality. She loves it. They regularly communicated with us which was great too.
