I am definitely a happy camper! Instant Plumbing was able to come to my home right away, and were able to fix the problem. I was very pleased with the plumber that they sent, Anthony. As my husband is immune compromised, Anthony didn't have any issue wearing a mask, so made us feel very safe having him in our home. He not only fixed both of the problems that we had with the toilet and shower, he also gave us some very good advice on how to deal with future problems ourselves, which will ultimately save us money, and that's a good thing. I was also very happy with the price. It's so nice to have a plumber that we can rely on to provide excellent, top quality service, at an affordable price. I would highly recommend Instant Plumbing to anyone who is in need of plumbing services. Thank you George and Carolyn and team for providing such exceptional service at a price that didn't break the bank.

Brian did an excellent job. Install was quick, but he took the time to explain everything to us and make sure we were happy. Bonus points for discussions of his home town... Dublin! Took all reasonable precautions during a pandemic for distancing and safety. Would recommend without hesitation.

With their amazing customer service and extreme quality of installation, I would not hesitate on referring Instant Plumbing to anyone looking for a plumber in town. When I opened my door to both of their smiling faces I knew I was in for a great day. If there was an option of more than 5 Stars, they would get it!

UPDATE: George called me this morning, apologized, offered me a refund and offered to send someone to clean up. He wanted me to be satisfied with the outcome. I will consider using Instant Plumbing in the future.

We had Instant Plumbing fix a leaking toilet. While the toilet was fixed without issue, the overall customer service is poor. The plumber left a wet floor in the bathroom and puddle on our front porch, related to removing and moving the toilet, for me to clean up. In addition a surprise "shop supplies/environmental fee" was unexpectedly added to our bill: this doesn't make sense because I was also charged for all supplies needed to fix the toilet and there was no disposal of any waste required. In fact, the whole toilet fix took less than 30 minutes. I could understand if this fee was added to a large/complicated job. When I reviewed this with George, the owner, no explanation was provided. Bottom line: if you are going to charge premium dollars and hidden extra fees for a very simple job, at least have the courtesy to leave the job site neat and tidy when the job is done. Instant plumbing should be far more transparent with their pricing and extra fees.
