(February 10, 2024, 2:50 am)Canyon Creek is the classic example of a dishonest import franchise dealer that is only interested in making a profit. Do not expect them to honor a factory warranty on an OEM factory dealer installed part purchased from them because you will receive nothing but double speak and platitudes, as I have recently experienced. I'm very unimpressed with Canyon Creek and especially their service department. Having taken my prized Toyota there since 1992, they will never see business from me ever again. And I would recommend other Toyota owners to do the same. To this day, nobody from Canyon Creek has bothered contacting directly to remedy the situation. This speaks volumes about their poor attitude towards honesty and customer service. Caveat Emptor.
(March 3, 2019, 2:41 am)I have leased and serviced vehicles over at Canyon Creek Toyota since 2002. I have never had a bad experience, all the staff members I had dealt with over the years have treated me with respect, and attentive to my needs.
I recently leased another Toyota, a 2019 Rav4, and gotta say I was impressed with the over all service. Though I have just received the vehicle, I know it will service my transportation needs with reliability and trouble free. Can say that Toyota's past and present lineup are top notch in my books.

He was really good with my 3 year old and took his time to explain everything to us and ensure we were comfortable with our purchase and knew what the vehicle could do. Jomana from the financing department was also amazing to deal with, worked her butt off for us. The team at Canyon Creek is really easy to deal with and they aren't aggressive or dismissive.

If I ever have any questions or concerns about my vehicle Lawrence makes sure to provide me with the answers and wants to make things right. He strives to make each visit a positive one and I would highly recommend him to anybody anytime.
(February 2, 2019, 2:09 am)Canyon creek Toyota has an amazing service department. They are always professional and just generally pleasant to deal with.
Sadly, I will never buy a car from them again because their sales team and finance managers are just awful to deal with. They use tactics to try to exhaust you with the hope of taking advantage.
