CORE Spin Club - Lake Bonavista

CORE is awesome. I've tried a couple of different spin studios, and they were good, but this one just has such a good vibe and a great group of people both teaching classes and working behind the counter. Everyone is always friendly and happy to be there, which is what all businesses strive for. The classes are awesome, great music, and good for beginners or advanced riders. I have been going here for approx. 3 months now and love it and definitely would recommend it to a friend or colleague who either wanted to give it a try for the first time, or someone that is currently attending other local studios (no name dropping) that want more of an upbeat fun place to work out. Spin needs to have loud intense music, crazy lights, and good teachers and they have all of the above. The owners are super cool and make you feel right at home there.

My first ever spin class and it was an amazing experience! They were waiting for me to arrive to get me all geared up and set up before class start. It’s a very comfortable and energizing atmosphere in there. Thanks ladies!

Tried my first spin class last week at Core spin! And it's not bad actually...very hard but the instructor Joey totally helped me. Helped set my bike height to make sure I didn't injure myself during a class. As well, the shoe rental is included in the price which is really nice. Lots of parking outside and the intro pass for $45 is an awesome deal.

My God they are the best, Best in everything. Their Spin classes are really Fun and really beneficial for our body. Best in whole canada. I highly recommend this to everyone.
