So happy I found this place! I was nervous to try spin for the first time but everyone was so friendly and the instructors are great! Now I’m hooked!!
Love this studio!!! The owners, Krista and Tyler, are so welcoming and good at putting new people at ease. All the instructors are great. The Skill Mills in the HIIT room are so fun and provide an amazing workout. Definitely sets them apart from other studios in Calgary.
