(January 25, 2019, 10:03 pm)I attended Oxygen's Aromatherapy + Hot Candlelight Deep Stretch & Relaxation class for the first time this week and it was the best yoga experience I've ever had!
In the past, I haven't been one to enjoy yoga. In fact, the couple time I attended yoga classes at other gyms, I would get frustrated and restless more than anything. My friend convinced me to come to this Aromatherapy + Candlelight Deep Stretch & Relaxation class at Oxygen to help manage some of the extra stress in my life, and it completely changed my feelings toward yoga!
The atmosphere was so inviting and relaxing, and everyone from the staff to the other participants were the most friendly people I've encountered all week! The session helped me relieve more stress than I'd realized I'd been carrying around, and the long stretches felt soooooo good - my body and mind couldn't be happier. -

(October 9, 2018, 1:22 pm)This place is a gem, the staff and instructors are knowledgeable and friendly. I love the variety of classes, the infrared heat, and the soft floors. Dasha’s classes are both inspired and challenging and you always walk out feeling better then you walked in.

(August 25, 2018, 2:27 am)I'm not a yogi and this is perfect for me. The right amount of intense work out, plus it's hot so even on days I'm not "into it", I know I'm still going to sweat! Great for after having babies because there is always a low impact option. And I love the owners and staff. They know your name, even though they probably see 100s of people through their gym.

If you want to relax and stretch at the end of the day with candle light they have you covered! If you want to get an amazing kick ass workout with dedicated instructors to keep you motivated they have that too! I have gained so much self confidence coming to Oxygen. Thanks ????
